Rob Schelling, A Professional Corporation, is a small, yet experienced litigation firm. As such we are able to offer our clients friendly, personal and individualized attention in addressing and resolving their legal matters. We also understand that for the vast majority of our clients, the expense of litigation is well beyond what they can manage. Therefore, it is our goal to provide “big firm” quality at a very reasonable cost.
We represent our clients competently and aggressively and involve our clients in the legal process as much as possible. We also place an emphasis on early resolution, in an effort to keep the client’s litigation costs to a minimum. Through our experience, we have learned that the best method for achieving that goal is to be fully prepared to take the client’s matter to trial.
