I am a business owner and lease the land that I run my business on. I found myself in a legal dispute with the landowner, who was trying to force me to leave before my lease was up. 5 years ago my husband and I purchased a home that we loved. 6-7 days later there was a freak rain storm in July and our beautiful home had about 20 leaks coming from different sections of our house.   The man who flipped our house basically put lipstick on a pig and just painted over all of the damage and did not disclose that there was ever a roof leak, even though he purchased the home under the "we buy ugly houses" site.
