Rob Schelling has over 36 years of experience in general civil litigation with an emphasis in Financial Elder Abuse, Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Slip & Fall, Auto/Truck Accidents, Dog Bite, and Real Property Litigation. Mr. Schelling has tried, arbitrated and mediated approximately a hundred or more cases in Riverside County and its neighboring counties.
In the past 15 years, Mr. Schelling has also been active conducting private mediations, together with serving as a mediator for the Riverside County Superior Court in both their Alternative Dispute Resolution program and the Trial Assignment Mediation program, and for the Dispute Resolution Service, operated by the Riverside County Bar Association. He has been recognized by the Riverside Superior Court as one of its top mediators.
Mr. Schelling has completed the “Art of Facilitating Settlement” presented by Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and “Negotiation Strategy for Lawyers” offered through the Negotiation Strategy Institute. He has also completed the Elder Law Conference presented by the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform.
